To summer . . . we started school yesterday. It was a good day. I really felt the Lord's grace, as I sought to teach three and manage a very busy one year old. It took us a long time to finish. We started school at 8am and did not finish until 3:30. This morning they woke up excited for school to start - oh, what a joy to my heart!
And To Friends . . . our dear friends moved to MD so that their dad could attend the Pastors College. A couple days before they left, we had our last play date with them. Here are the boys enjoying a popsicle together. We miss you all SO MUCH! It seems strange to be doing school without you just around the corner to team up with for outings and field trips!

Amanda,
What handsome young boys!!!! I can't wait to see them and hug/kiss them and camp out with them at night and here their stories!
Love Mom
Hi Amanda, I enjoy reading your blog. Abbey and Rachael have always told me how much they enjoyed your boys because of how creative they are in their play. Both you and Chris seem like really awesome parents. I bet you are already familiar with it, but I was looking at the web site flylady off of amyb's blog and saw some really excellent ideas for homeschooling moms. I wish I would have implemented some of these when I was homeschooling. I like the timer idea, especially for little people, so they can accomplish a job like making the bed in five minutes. By the way, your boys are really cute like your mom said!
Amanda, we are missing you too! Our times this summer were sweet and my boys are still talking about missing your boys. God is good, and I count your friendship as one of His most precious gifts to me. Love you! Tiff
